Dale Associates Limited is a Bromley based RIBA chartered private architectural practice. Our aim is to provide a high quality architectural service within realistic financial targets and through client participation.

 

The practice was formed and incorporated in November 1998.

Tunji Joseph, who is the sole director graduated in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1993 and obtained his RIBA professional practice qualification in 1994. He worked in the public and private sectors until the formation of Dale Associates Limited.

 

The Practice has undertaken new build and refurbishment work in areas such as housing, religious meeting houses, laboratories, office developments and domestic extensions and remodelling.

 

The practice offers a free initial consultation of up to 1 hour, during which clients’ aspirations and services required are discussed.

 

Appointments are by written agreement, which clearly set out the schedule of services and conditions of engagement.

 

FEES

Fees are charged by agreement of the basis of a percentage of the cost of the works or lump sum or on a time basis.
